Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and launch of innovative card products, collaborating with engineering, design, and compliance teams
• Conduct user research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for product optimization in JP Morgan Chase's card portfolio
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact and customer needs
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new capabilities into existing card platforms
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics to drive continuous improvements
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and manage backlogs to deliver high-quality releases on time
• Champion innovation by exploring emerging technologies like AI and blockchain for card services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Proven track record in leading product launches and optimizations in card products or similar consumer finance areas
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and data analysis tools
• Experience in agile development processes and cross-functional team collaboration
