Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) toolchain to enhance developer productivity and compliance at JPMorgan Chase
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data analytics teams to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable product features
• Define and execute product roadmaps for SDLC tools, ensuring alignment with JPMorgan's strategic goals in digital transformation and risk management
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking of DevOps tools to innovate within the financial services ecosystem
• Drive agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to deliver high-quality, secure software solutions
• Utilize data analytics to measure product performance, user adoption, and ROI, informing iterative improvements
• Ensure all toolchain integrations adhere to JPMorgan's stringent security and regulatory requirements
• Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to integrate cutting-edge technologies like AI-driven automation
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to a culture of innovation in JPMorgan's technology organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in software development tools or DevOps environments
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in agile product development within the financial services sector
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines and toolchain integrations
• Experience with data analytics tools and customer needs assessment in high-stakes, regulated industries like banking
• Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy and roadmap development for enterprise-level software solutions
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, and financial regulations relevant to JPMorgan Chase
