Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of product strategy for tokenization solutions, focusing on enhancing payment experiences for institutional and retail clients
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams to define product requirements and prioritize features using agile frameworks
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in blockchain-based tokenization for financial services
• Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet JP Morgan Chase's standards for security, scalability, and innovation
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients and regulators, to gather feedback and refine tokenization product offerings
• Monitor product performance metrics, iterate based on data, and optimize for user adoption in the payments ecosystem
• Champion risk management and compliance in all tokenization initiatives, aligning with global financial regulations
• Foster innovation by exploring emerging technologies like DeFi and CBDCs to integrate into JP Morgan's payment platforms
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the broader product management community within JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on fintech, payments, or blockchain/tokenization products
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative financial products in a regulated environment
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, tokenization, and digital assets in the financial services sector
• Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management in large-scale enterprise settings
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services, including KYC, AML, and data privacy standards
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive strategic product roadmaps

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Familiarity with distributed ledger technologies (DLT) and smart contracts
• Prior involvement in tokenization initiatives for assets like securities or real-world assets (RWAs)
• Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) or blockchain (e.g., Certified Blockchain Professional)
• International experience in global payments or cross-border financial products
