  • Drive innovation in personalized marketing experiences while ensuring adherence to financial regulations and data security standards
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in AdTech for enhancing customer engagement in banking services
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, such as customer acquisition, retention, and ROI on marketing campaigns
  • Lead stakeholder engagement with internal partners and external vendors to integrate cutting-edge AdTech tools into JPMorgan's ecosystem

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AdTech, marketing technology, or customer data platforms
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in the financial services industry, particularly in digital marketing or data-driven solutions
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services, including data privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA
