Key Responsibilities

  • Define and align product strategy with JP Morgan Chase's broader business objectives in the financial services sector
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and risk frameworks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including traders, compliance teams, and technology groups to gather requirements
  • Oversee end-to-end product delivery, from discovery and design to launch and iteration in agile sprints
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities in digital finance and payments
  • Drive user experience enhancements for client-facing financial products, focusing on security and usability
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs such as adoption rates, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination to resolve dependencies and mitigate risks in product development
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing on financial innovations
  • Ensure all products comply with JP Morgan's ethical standards and global regulatory landscapes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fintech
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex financial products from ideation to launch
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management in a regulated environment
  • Experience with stakeholder management across technology, risk, compliance, and business units in banking
  • Familiarity with financial regulations such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, and Basel III
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

  • Experience in digital banking, payments, or wealth management products at a global financial institution
  • Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) or Agile practices
