Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for card pricing initiatives, from strategy development to implementation and monitoring
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies that optimize revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition in the credit card portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk, compliance, marketing, and technology to align on pricing objectives
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer data to inform pricing decisions and recommendations
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of pricing changes on key metrics like APR, fees, and rewards
  • Ensure all pricing initiatives comply with regulatory requirements such as those from the CFPB and OCC
  • Drive innovation in pricing models, including dynamic pricing and personalized offers for JPMorgan Chase cardholders
  • Monitor post-launch performance of pricing strategies and iterate based on KPIs and feedback
  • Partner with senior leadership to present pricing roadmaps and business cases for executive approval

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, pricing strategy, or financial services
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to deliver pricing initiatives in the consumer banking or credit card sector
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance in card products
  • Experience with data analytics tools and pricing optimization methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full product lifecycle from ideation to launch

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution, preferably in credit card pricing or product development
