Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Family Banking strategy to create seamless, integrated experiences across Chase's consumer banking, wealth management, and investment lines of business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, compliance, and marketing to address evolving family financial needs such as education savings, home financing, and retirement planning
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities for deepening family relationships and increasing wallet share
  • Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage backlogs using agile practices to accelerate strategy implementation
  • Partner with senior leaders to align product initiatives with JP Morgan Chase's broader goals in customer loyalty and revenue growth
  • Monitor product performance through KPIs, user feedback, and analytics to iterate and optimize family deepening solutions
  • Ensure all products comply with regulatory standards and enhance the overall customer experience in a secure banking environment
