Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for payments solutions, from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
• Conduct in-depth market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing JP Morgan's payment products
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and sales teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize features using data-driven insights
• Develop and refine product strategies that drive revenue growth, reduce costs, and improve transaction efficiency in the financial services sector
• Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as adoption rates, transaction volumes, and user satisfaction, using analytics to optimize products
• Ensure all payment products adhere to regulatory standards and security protocols specific to global financial markets
• Champion innovation by exploring new technologies and partnerships to keep JP Morgan at the forefront of digital payments
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
• Present product updates and strategies to senior leadership, influencing decisions at the VP level

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years focused on payments, fintech, or financial services products
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in developing and launching digital payment solutions
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including real-time payments, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR)
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies for deriving customer insights
• Experience in agile product development methodologies and user-centered design principles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with a focus on innovation in financial technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a large-scale financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of emerging payment technologies such as blockchain, digital wallets, and API integrations
