Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for wallet products, from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in digital payments
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and risk teams to build secure, scalable payment platforms that serve millions of users globally
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis on wallet technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate in areas like contactless payments and cross-border transactions
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features using data-driven insights, and track KPIs such as user adoption, transaction volume, and retention
• Engage with stakeholders including clients, regulators, and partners to ensure wallet products meet financial services standards and enhance customer experience
• Drive A/B testing and user feedback loops to optimize wallet functionalities, focusing on security, usability, and integration with JP Morgan's broader ecosystem
• Monitor emerging trends in fintech, such as digital currencies and open banking, to incorporate cutting-edge features into wallet products
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the development of best practices for product management within JP Morgan Chase's technology division
• Ensure all wallet initiatives comply with global financial regulations, including data privacy laws like GDPR and local Indian standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, payments, or digital wallets
• Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing financial products to millions of users
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including mobile wallets, digital payments, and regulatory compliance in financial services
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and user metrics to drive product decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
• Experience working in a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as blockchain, AI-driven fraud detection, or API integrations for payment gateways
• Prior exposure to Indian financial regulations (e.g., RBI guidelines) and international payment standards (e.g., PCI DSS)
