Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for wallet products, from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in digital payments
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and risk teams to build secure, scalable payment platforms that serve millions of users globally
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis on wallet technologies, identifying opportunities to innovate in areas like contactless payments and cross-border transactions
