Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and roadmap for wallet products, integrating innovative features like contactless payments and crypto support
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards in the financial services sector
• Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing JP Morgan Chase's payment platforms
• Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle
• Scale wallet solutions to support millions of users globally, optimizing for performance and security
• Partner with stakeholders to align product strategy with JP Morgan Chase's broader digital banking initiatives
• Monitor key metrics such as user adoption, transaction volume, and retention to iterate on product improvements
• Drive innovation by exploring cutting-edge technologies like AI-driven fraud detection for wallets
• Ensure seamless integration with existing JP Morgan Chase ecosystems, including mobile apps and merchant networks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or payments
• Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products to large user bases
• Strong understanding of payment systems, digital wallets, and financial regulations like PCI-DSS and GDPR
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Ability to analyze user data and market trends to drive product decisions
