Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Prod Ops CMEX team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity across PXT functions
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and employee experience in financial product operations
• Facilitate change management initiatives, including training and communication strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
• Analyze data from various sources to provide insights on productivity uplifts and connectivity gaps within JP Morgan Chase's operations
• Support cross-functional teams in driving employee engagement programs tailored to the financial services environment
• Monitor and report on the impact of operational changes on business outcomes, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards
• Coordinate with stakeholders to foster connectivity between product operations and other PXT areas like technology and risk management
• Contribute to the creation of standardized tools and frameworks for ongoing measurement and optimization
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for CMEX projects to maximize ROI in a dynamic financial landscape

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, product management, or business process improvement within the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of productivity metrics and change management principles
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services

Preferred Qualifications
