Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on the impact of operational changes on business outcomes, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, product management, or business process improvement within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of productivity metrics and change management principles
