Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of financial products, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives in areas like consumer banking and payments
• Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps and prioritize features for portfolio optimization
• Monitor portfolio performance using KPIs such as ROI, customer satisfaction, and risk metrics, driving continuous improvement in financial services delivery
• Manage risks and dependencies across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the banking sector
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a culture of innovation within cross-functional teams at JP Morgan Chase
• Provide leadership and mentorship to delivery managers and analysts, promoting best practices in product portfolio management
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform portfolio strategy in the evolving fintech landscape
• Report portfolio status and outcomes to senior leadership, including recommendations for resource allocation and scaling
• Drive integration of emerging technologies like AI and blockchain into financial product portfolios

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, portfolio delivery, or program management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of managing complex product portfolios in a regulated environment like banking or payments
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Experience with financial products such as payments, lending, or investment services
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering business outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or related field
