Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product portfolio strategy for key financial services offerings, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's business objectives and customer needs
• Manage product dependencies, roadmaps, and delivery timelines across multiple teams to optimize resource allocation and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including technology, risk, compliance, and sales teams, to drive innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for product enhancement and portfolio optimization
• Oversee the prioritization and execution of product initiatives, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals
• Ensure all products adhere to regulatory standards and internal governance policies within the financial services sector
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement in product development processes
• Present portfolio updates and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing decisions on investments and strategic direction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or related roles within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end product delivery processes in a complex, regulated environment
• Strong understanding of financial products, risk management, and compliance requirements in banking
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships in a large-scale organization
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and optimize customer experiences through data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business Administration
