Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end operations of the digital banking product portfolio, ensuring seamless delivery and performance optimization
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to align portfolio strategies with JP Morgan Chase's business objectives
• Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) for digital products, identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
• Drive process enhancements to support scalable growth in customer-facing digital services
• Ensure compliance with global banking regulations and internal JP Morgan standards across all portfolio activities
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to launch new features in the digital bank, focusing on user experience and value delivery
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine product operations and portfolio prioritization
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for portfolio tools and services
• Report on portfolio health to senior leadership, providing actionable insights for strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product operations, portfolio management, or delivery within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in managing digital banking products or fintech initiatives
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in banking, including data privacy and financial reporting standards
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Proficiency in project management tools and financial analytics software

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
• Experience working at a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of digital transformation in banking, including mobile and online platforms
