Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative international payroll solutions for JP Morgan Chase clients
  • Analyze global payroll trends and regulatory requirements to optimize product features and user experiences
  • Lead product roadmapping and prioritization for the International Pay portfolio
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive product innovation in financial services
  • Work with engineering and compliance teams to ensure products meet UK and international standards
  • Monitor product performance metrics and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagements, including with treasury and corporate clients
  • Support the integration of emerging technologies like AI and blockchain into payroll processes
  • Contribute to risk assessments and mitigation strategies for international payment products
  • Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Product Portfolio & Delivery team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or payments
  • Strong understanding of global payroll processes and international payment regulations
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multicultural teams
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in a relevant discipline
  • Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
  • Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, and other international payment standards
  • Experience with payroll software such as Workday or SAP
