Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of agentic AI solutions tailored to regional client needs in the Asia-Pacific market
• Collaborate with Global Agent Specialists to align product strategies with firmwide CDAO objectives
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases that enhance client solutions in areas like automated trading, risk assessment, and personalized advisory services
• Drive product roadmaps, ensuring agentic AI integrations comply with JP Morgan's regulatory and ethical standards
• Engage with internal stakeholders, including technology, risk, and business teams, to prototype and scale AI agents
• Monitor emerging trends in agentic AI and financial services to inform strategic recommendations
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation within the Client Solutions group
• Conduct client workshops and demonstrations to showcase the value of AI-driven products
• Analyze performance metrics of deployed AI solutions and iterate based on feedback and data insights
• Ensure seamless integration of agentic AI with existing JP Morgan platforms like trading systems and data analytics tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML product development, with at least 5 years in financial services
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions in a regulated environment
• Deep understanding of agentic AI systems, including multi-agent frameworks and autonomous decision-making
• Experience with compliance and risk management in AI applications within banking and capital markets
• Strong knowledge of financial products, trading systems, and client-facing solutions in investment banking
• Ability to travel regionally as needed for client engagements and team collaborations

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in AI/ML from a top-tier institution
• Prior experience at a Tier-1 financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Certifications in AI ethics, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), or financial regulations (e.g., GDPR, SEC)
• Hands-on experience with large-scale AI deployments in agent-based trading or advisory systems
• Publication record or contributions to AI conferences focused on financial applications

Required Skills

• Expertise in agentic AI architectures and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen)
• Proficiency in Python, R, and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and reinforcement learning for autonomous agents
• Knowledge of financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and risk management
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP) for scalable AI deployments
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance tools and data privacy standards in finance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder interactions
• Project management abilities, including Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Analytical mindset for interpreting complex financial data and AI performance metrics
• Leadership and team-building skills in a matrixed organizational structure
