Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end solutioning process for digital products, ensuring alignment with client needs and JPMorgan Chase's strategic objectives
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Relationship Management teams to identify opportunities and customize solutions for institutional clients
  • Develop and deliver client-centric product roadmaps, incorporating feedback from market analysis and stakeholder input
  • Oversee cross-functional teams, including technology, design, and compliance, to architect innovative digital solutions
  • Drive the implementation of digital platforms that enhance client experience in areas like portfolio management and transaction services
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to inform product strategy in the financial services sector
  • Ensure all solutions comply with regulatory standards, such as SEC, FINRA, and GDPR, while mitigating risks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, solution architecture, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver digital product solutions for institutional clients
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements in banking and asset management
