Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies for data and AI solutions that address customer needs in JP Morgan Chase's financial services portfolio
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to design innovative AI-driven products that enhance operational efficiency and client experiences
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for data analytics and AI integration in areas like wealth management and investment banking
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage backlogs using agile practices to ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions
• Ensure all products comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management frameworks and regulatory standards for data usage and AI governance
• Drive user adoption by creating compelling product narratives, demos, and training materials for internal teams and clients
• Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics, iterating based on feedback to optimize outcomes in financial decision-making
• Foster partnerships with technology vendors and internal innovation teams to incorporate cutting-edge AI tools into JP Morgan's ecosystem
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the broader data and AI strategy within the Corporate & Investment Bank division

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data and AI solutions in the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven products from ideation to launch
• Deep understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies applied to financial products
• Experience in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management within a large-scale enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services, including data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and AI ethics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Certification in AI/ML (e.g., Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer) or product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner)
• Background in developing AI solutions for risk management, fraud detection, or customer personalization in banking
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data and AI deployments
