Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end solutioning process for healthcare payment products, tailoring offerings to meet client needs in areas like claims processing and revenue cycle management
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to identify client requirements and translate them into actionable product solutions
• Develop and present customized proposals, including pricing models and implementation roadmaps, to senior stakeholders
• Partner with internal teams such as Technology, Risk, and Compliance to ensure solutions align with JP Morgan Chase's standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive innovation in healthcare payments by analyzing market trends and integrating feedback from clients and industry experts
• Monitor product performance post-implementation, gathering metrics to refine and enhance offerings
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration within the Product Solutions group
• Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry conferences and client engagements to build thought leadership in healthcare financial services
• Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver solutions on time and within scope

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, solution design, or client-facing roles within financial services or healthcare payments
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of healthcare payment systems, including regulatory frameworks like HIPAA and ACH processing
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and market analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Healthcare
