Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the financial services sector, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular meetings and workshops to understand client needs and align them with JP Morgan Chase's infrastructure platform offerings
• Showcase product functionalities through demonstrations, highlighting benefits for secure, scalable financial operations
• Guide clients through the onboarding process, from initial setup to full integration of infrastructure solutions
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to derive insights that inform product enhancements and client strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and sales, to develop customized solutions for infrastructure platforms
• Monitor market trends in financial infrastructure to recommend innovative features and maintain competitive edge
• Ensure all client interactions comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management and regulatory standards
• Provide regular reports on client feedback and product performance to senior leadership
• Drive cross-selling opportunities by identifying how infrastructure platforms integrate with other JP Morgan services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, client solutions, or infrastructure platforms within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in maintaining client relationships and driving product adoption in a banking or fintech environment
• Strong understanding of infrastructure platforms, including cloud services, data centers, and network solutions relevant to financial operations
• Experience with metrics tracking, analytics, and providing actionable product insights to stakeholders
• Ability to conduct client meetings, demonstrations, and onboarding sessions effectively
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial sector, such as compliance with SEC, FINRA, or GDPR

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
