Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute payment optimization strategies tailored to client needs, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs in treasury operations
  • Collaborate with clients to assess current payment processes and recommend innovative solutions using JP Morgan's suite of products
  • Lead the design and implementation of customized product solutions, integrating analytics and technology for optimal payment flows
  • Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to advise clients on best practices in payment optimization
  • Partner with internal teams, including technology, risk, and compliance, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
  • Drive client relationship management, conducting workshops and presentations to showcase value-added services
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics for payment solutions, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to product innovation by providing client feedback to enhance JP Morgan's payment offerings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on payments, treasury management, or product solutions
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles, delivering payment optimization strategies to corporate clients
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and financial modeling
  • Deep knowledge of global payment systems, including SWIFT, SEPA, and real-time payment networks
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced banking environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA, FRM, or PMP certification
