Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement payment optimization strategies for corporate clients to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with clients to assess current payment infrastructures and recommend tailored solutions using JP Morgan's suite of products
  • Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in payments to drive innovative product offerings
  • Lead cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and sales to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Conduct financial impact assessments and ROI analyses for proposed optimization initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in treasury, finance, and operations at client organizations
  • Support sales teams by providing technical expertise during client pitches and negotiations
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics for payment solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing within JP Morgan Chase
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional JP Morgan services, such as liquidity management or trade finance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on payments, treasury management, or product solutions
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles, delivering payment optimization strategies and innovative financial solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and financial modeling
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in payments and banking, including PCI DSS, SWIFT, and AML compliance
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in optimizing payment processes and reducing costs
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and industry conferences

  • CFA, CPA, or FRM certification
