Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the product strategy operating model to drive innovation and value for JP Morgan Chase's end-users across consumer, investment, and commercial banking segments
  • Design and implement strategic frameworks that align product portfolios with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and market trends in the financial services industry
  • Oversee transformation initiatives to optimize operating models, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and risk management in product delivery
  • Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product innovation and competitive differentiation
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform product roadmaps and strategic priorities
  • Drive the adoption of agile practices and digital tools to accelerate product development cycles within JP Morgan's global operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in product strategy, portfolio management, or operating model transformation within financial services
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in large-scale strategic initiatives at a major financial institution
  • Deep understanding of regulatory environments in banking, including compliance with Dodd-Frank, Basel III, and other financial regulations
  • Experience in agile methodologies and digital transformation projects in fintech or banking sectors
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial modeling
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to C-suite executives
