Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy for the Anaplan platform to enhance planning and analysis capabilities across JPMorgan Chase's lines of business
• Collaborate with finance, technology, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in financial planning
• Oversee the operations of the Anaplan product team, ensuring seamless integration with core banking systems and data analytics tools
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Anaplan models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning in support of firm-wide financial goals
• Monitor product performance metrics, analyze usage data, and drive continuous improvements to deliver measurable business value
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Anaplan support teams to resolve issues and incorporate new features
• Facilitate training and adoption programs to ensure effective use of Anaplan across global teams at JPMorgan Chase
• Contribute to risk management by ensuring Anaplan solutions comply with internal controls and regulatory standards
• Partner with senior leadership to align product roadmap with strategic initiatives in asset management, investment banking, and consumer banking
• Conduct market research on emerging planning technologies to keep JPMorgan Chase at the forefront of financial analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product strategy, operations, or management within the financial services industry
• Proven experience with Anaplan or similar enterprise planning platforms, including implementation and optimization
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a banking or investment context
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and KPI development
• Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools relevant to large-scale financial institutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JPMorgan Chase or similar
• Certification in Anaplan (e.g., Anaplan Model Builder or Solution Architect)
• Background in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial planning (e.g., Basel III, Dodd-Frank)
• Prior leadership role in digital transformation initiatives within fintech
