Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for product transformation initiatives within the Client Onboarding and Service (COS) division
  • Collaborate with global teams to integrate Commercial Bank and Corporate Investment Bank processes post-merger
  • Define and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including client demos, functionality showcases, and onboarding guidance
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to derive insights and drive continuous product improvements
  • Identify and mitigate risks in technology implementations for client-facing solutions
  • Foster innovation by partnering with technical teams to develop creative solutions for business challenges
  • Track project progress, budgets, and timelines using Agile frameworks to deliver high-impact results
  • Contribute to a collaborative culture by mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's risk management and data security protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within financial services, preferably in client onboarding or product transformation
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams in a global banking environment
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in commercial and investment banking
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • PMP or similar project management certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) with a focus on financial technology
