Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple complex programs aligned with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives in the financial services sector
• Develop and execute program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks
• Manage cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from technology, operations, compliance, and front-office lines
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies like AI, blockchain, or cloud computing in banking solutions
• Monitor program performance using KPIs, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery
• Collaborate with senior executives to define program scopes, budgets, and timelines for high-impact initiatives
• Facilitate change management processes to support the adoption of new financial products, services, or operational efficiencies
• Ensure all programs adhere to JP Morgan Chase's governance standards and industry best practices
• Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on program status, outcomes, and lessons learned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in program and project management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading large-scale programs in a banking or investment environment
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification from PMI or similar recognized body
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial regulations such as Dodd-Frank or Basel III
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets exceeding $10 million and deliver projects on time and within scope

• Advanced degree in Finance or Project Management
