Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management for Global Equities Transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for equities technology and process enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including traders, technology, compliance, and operations to drive innovation in equities trading
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with global market changes and regulatory updates
  • Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators, and report to senior leadership on milestones and outcomes
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
  • Oversee vendor management and integration of third-party solutions in equities transformation efforts
  • Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and best practices from the financial services industry
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's risk and control frameworks throughout the program lifecycle

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program or project management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale transformation programs in equities trading or capital markets
  • Strong understanding of global equities markets, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices
  • Experience with agile and waterfall project methodologies in a fast-paced banking environment
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a Tier 1 investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
  • Knowledge of electronic trading platforms and market data systems
  • Prior involvement in regulatory transformation projects such as MiFID II or Dodd-Frank
