Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for initiatives in investment banking, asset management, or commercial banking at JP Morgan Chase
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, risk, and compliance to ensure project alignment with business objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using tools like Microsoft Project or Jira
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to JP Morgan's risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership, to drive project success and deliver measurable outcomes
• Drive innovation by incorporating emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain into financial services projects
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and provide regular status reports to executives
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement within project teams
• Ensure projects contribute to JP Morgan's strategic goals, such as enhancing client experiences in wealth management
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, and RBI guidelines
• Proficiency in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Preferred Qualifications
