Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for financial services initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while mitigating risks in a dynamic banking environment

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of project management best practices
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for seamless project execution

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, and Basel III
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
  • Experience in banking or capital markets projects at a multinational firm
