Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for financial services initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while mitigating risks in a dynamic banking environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and compliance to drive project success
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and efficiency
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and reports on project status and outcomes
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future project management practices at J.P. Morgan
• Ensure adherence to J.P. Morgan's risk management frameworks and financial industry standards
• Support the integration of innovative technologies like AI and blockchain into banking projects
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of project management best practices
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for seamless project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in project management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, and Basel III
• Proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
• Experience in banking or capital markets projects at a multinational firm
• Knowledge of risk management and operational resilience in financial institutions
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Project Management
