Key Responsibilities

• Lead agile transformations across teams in JP Morgan Chase's financial services operations, driving adoption of agile practices to enhance efficiency and innovation
• Spearhead high-performance solutions for complex projects, including risk assessment, resource allocation, and stakeholder management in banking environments
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by conducting retrospectives, implementing feedback loops, and optimizing workflows in agile squads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, compliance, and business units, to deliver projects aligned with JP Morgan's strategic goals
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal governance standards
• Mentor junior team members on agile principles and tools, fostering a culture of agility within the organization
• Identify and mitigate risks in financial projects, leveraging data analytics to support decision-making
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for agile projects, reporting progress to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years focused on agile methodologies in financial services
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects within banking or financial environments
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial industry, such as Dodd-Frank, Basel III, or SEC guidelines
• Experience with agile tools and frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification in project management or agile practices
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines for projects exceeding $1M in financial services contexts

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in Finance or related discipline
• Experience in agile transformation initiatives at large-scale financial institutions
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's internal tools and processes, such as internal agile platforms or risk management systems
• Prior work in investment banking, asset management, or commercial banking divisions
