Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing amenity services projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints
• Collaborate with senior project managers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to align project goals with JP Morgan Chase's operational standards
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to maintain quality and compliance in financial services environments
• Track project progress using tools like Microsoft Project or Jira, providing regular status updates to leadership
• Manage resources and timelines for amenity enhancements, such as employee wellness facilities or collaborative spaces in Brooklyn offices
• Ensure all projects adhere to health, safety, and regulatory requirements specific to the banking sector
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and resolve issues to drive project success
• Prepare detailed reports on project outcomes, including cost-benefit analyses and lessons learned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

• Strong understanding of financial services industry regulations and compliance standards
