Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to align on project goals

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in change management initiatives
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in banking
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
