Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Leadership team to develop and execute broad organizational strategies
• Lead change management initiatives to drive business transformation across departments
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic projects in the financial services sector
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to align on project goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in change management initiatives
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in banking
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
