Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution for initiatives in JPMorgan Chase's Corporate & Investment Bank division, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Manage cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from technology, operations, and compliance, to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies tailored to financial services environments
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define project scopes, objectives, and success metrics
• Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure all projects adhere to JPMorgan Chase's risk management frameworks
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future initiatives
• Utilize data analytics to track project performance and report progress to executives
• Foster innovation by identifying opportunities for process enhancements in banking operations
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations for technology-driven projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in banking and financial services, such as Dodd-Frank or Basel III
• Experience with agile and waterfall project methodologies
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Ability to manage budgets exceeding $1M and cross-functional teams of 10+ members

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) from an accredited institution
• Experience in capital markets, investment banking, or risk management at a tier-1 financial institution
• Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's internal tools and processes, such as internal project management platforms

• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations in financial services
