Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for initiatives in JP Morgan Chase's technology and operations divisions
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables aligned with firm-wide strategic goals
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-cost delivery
• Facilitate cross-functional team coordination, resolving conflicts and driving accountability in a high-stakes financial environment
• Monitor project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards such as Dodd-Frank and Basel III
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced banking environment
