Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for digital payment initiatives within Kinexys, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, and compliance experts to drive operational excellence
• Manage project risks, budgets, and resources while adhering to J.P. Morgan's risk management frameworks
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure seamless integration of payment solutions with existing banking infrastructure
• Monitor project progress using tools like Jira or Microsoft Project, providing regular status updates to senior stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with global financial regulations and internal J.P. Morgan policies for secure digital transactions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in payment processing and operational workflows
• Coordinate with international teams in Mumbai and global hubs to support 24/7 payment operations
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and enhance future delivery
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of best practices in digital payments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of managing complex digital payment projects from inception to delivery
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
• Experience with regulatory compliance in payments, such as PCI DSS and ISO 20022
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or Information Technology
• Experience with blockchain or real-time payment systems like RTP or FedNow
• Prior work at a major financial institution like J.P. Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of Kinexys by J.P. Morgan platform
• Certifications in digital payments or fintech (e.g., Certified Payments Professional)
