Key Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination efforts across 'People', 'Community', and 'Workplace' pillars to ensure seamless operations at global Corporate Center sites
  • Develop and execute project plans for location management initiatives, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives in the financial services industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, facilities, and community engagement groups, to optimize site utilization and employee experience
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and reporting on key metrics related to site performance and sustainability
  • Drive initiatives for workplace enhancements, such as hybrid work models and community integration programs
  • Conduct assessments of global sites to recommend improvements in efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure all projects adhere to JP Morgan Chase's risk management framework and data security standards
  • Support budgeting and resource allocation for location management projects

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in corporate real estate or facilities management
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects in a global financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and compliance standards in the banking sector
  • Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple stakeholders in 'People', 'Community', and 'Workplace' domains
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PMP certification
  • Ability to travel occasionally to global Corporate Center sites as needed
