Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine prompts for in-house AI models to generate marketing content that aligns with JP Morgan Chase's brand voice and financial industry standards
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure AI outputs are accurate, compliant with regulations like SEC guidelines, and tailored to financial products
• Test and optimize prompts iteratively based on model performance metrics and user feedback
• Analyze AI-generated content for relevance, tone, and effectiveness in promoting banking services
• Work with data scientists to integrate domain-specific financial knowledge into prompt engineering processes
• Document prompt strategies and best practices to support scalable AI deployment across marketing delivery
• Monitor emerging trends in AI and prompt engineering to enhance brand storytelling in digital campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Linguistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, AI content generation, or natural language processing
• Proven track record of working with large language models to produce brand-aligned outputs
• Strong understanding of financial services terminology and regulatory compliance in marketing
• Experience in collaborative environments, such as cross-functional teams in a corporate setting
