Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and draft compelling proposals for commercial banking clients, tailoring content to specific needs and opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams, relationship managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure proposal accuracy
  • Ensure all proposals comply with JP Morgan Chase's internal policies, industry regulations, and client requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal process, from initial request to final submission and follow-up
  • Conduct research on client industries, competitors, and market trends to enhance proposal relevance
  • Review and edit proposals for clarity, consistency, and persuasive language
  • Track proposal performance metrics and provide insights to improve future submissions
  • Maintain a library of reusable proposal templates and content for efficiency
  • Support RFP (Request for Proposal) responses and pitch materials for commercial banking deals
  • Participate in team meetings to align on sales strategies and proposal priorities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in proposal writing, sales support, or content creation within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in banking, such as FDIC and OCC guidelines
