Key Responsibilities

• Develop and write high-quality proposals, responses to RFPs/RFIs, and sales collateral tailored to Securities Services clients
• Collaborate with sales teams, product specialists, and subject matter experts to gather inputs and ensure accuracy in proposal content
• Customize content to highlight JP Morgan Chase's competitive advantages in custody, fund accounting, and middle office solutions
• Edit and refine existing materials to align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements in the financial services sector
• Conduct research on client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to enhance proposal effectiveness
• Manage proposal timelines, ensuring timely delivery for sales enablement initiatives in the Mumbai office
• Support the creation of pitch decks, case studies, and marketing materials to drive business development in securities services
• Track proposal performance metrics and provide insights to improve future sales enablement strategies
• Ensure all content complies with global compliance standards and JP Morgan Chase's risk management policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, content development, or sales enablement within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of creating compelling proposals for complex financial products, such as custody, fund administration, or securities services
• Strong understanding of the securities services landscape, including global regulations and market trends
• Excellent command of English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certification in financial writing, marketing, or a related discipline
• Experience working in a global financial institution, preferably with exposure to sales teams in asset management or investment banking
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's Securities Services offerings and client base
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and proposal management software such as RFPIO
