Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to develop and launch provisioning features for Chase cards in embedded payment platforms
• Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for enhancing stored card experiences and increasing card adoption
• Define product requirements and user stories to ensure seamless integration of digital payment solutions
• Monitor key performance metrics, such as card activation rates and transaction volumes, to drive continuous improvement
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to promote Chase card usage within embedded finance ecosystems
• Conduct market research on emerging payment technologies and competitive landscapes in the financial services industry
• Ensure all provisioning processes comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management and regulatory standards
• Facilitate user testing and feedback loops to refine digital payment experiences
• Support the rollout of new features across mobile and web platforms for Chase customers
• Contribute to strategic planning for the Embedded Payments team, aligning with broader JP Morgan Chase goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in product management, payments, or financial services
• Strong understanding of digital payments ecosystems, including card provisioning and stored payment methods
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services, such as PCI DSS and data privacy laws
• Proficiency in data analysis tools to interpret customer behavior and payment trends
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
