You will leverage your deep expertise in fintech to identify market opportunities, analyze customer needs, and iterate on features that integrate with JP Morgan's robust infrastructure, such as Chase Pay and mobile banking apps. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and launch of innovative features for provisioning and stored cards products at JP Morgan Chase
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to define product requirements and roadmaps
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in digital payments
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with Chase's mobile and online banking platforms
• Drive customer-centric enhancements to improve user experience in stored value and card provisioning
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights
• Ensure all products comply with financial regulations such as PCI DSS and AML standards
• Partner with stakeholders to align product strategy with JP Morgan's broader payments ecosystem
• Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management within the financial services or payments industry
• Proven track record of delivering innovative digital payment solutions and features
• Strong understanding of stored value cards, provisioning systems, and regulatory compliance in fintech
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Technology
• Experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of emerging payment technologies such as digital wallets and tokenization
• Prior leadership role in payments product teams
