Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product delivery for JP Morgan Chase's public cloud platform, overseeing the development and launch of cloud-based solutions that support banking operations
• Drive product timelines and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in the financial services sector
• Ensure all cloud products comply with industry regulations, including data security standards and risk management protocols specific to JP Morgan's global operations
• Boost operational efficiency by optimizing cloud resource utilization, reducing costs, and implementing scalable architectures for high-volume financial transactions
• Manage and mentor a delivery team of product managers, engineers, and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability within JP Morgan's technology ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including risk, compliance, and business units, to identify and mitigate potential risks in cloud deployments
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics for cloud products, using data-driven insights to enhance delivery processes and product quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product delivery, cloud platforms, or technology leadership within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex cloud-based products, with experience in public cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS, particularly in banking and financial services
• Strong experience in agile methodologies, product roadmap development, and driving timelines for high-stakes projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and delivery teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience interfacing with senior executives and regulatory bodies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar, with exposure to capital markets or corporate banking divisions
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or Certified Scrum Product Owner
• Background in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud migration strategies for legacy financial systems
• Familiarity with JP Morgan's internal tools and processes for cloud platform management
• Advanced degree or MBA with a focus on technology management or fintech
