Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for public sector financial solutions, from ideation to launch and iteration
• Collaborate with public sector clients, including government agencies, to deeply understand their needs and pain points in treasury and payment processing
• Utilize advanced data analytics to inform product strategy, performance metrics, and enhancements for JP Morgan Chase's offerings
• Design and oversee user experience improvements for digital banking platforms tailored to public sector compliance requirements
• Partner with engineering, design, and compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards like those from the U.S. Treasury and FDIC
• Drive market analysis and competitive intelligence to position JP Morgan Chase as a leader in public sector financial services
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the team
• Monitor product performance post-launch, using KPIs to optimize adoption and satisfaction among public sector users
• Represent the product in stakeholder meetings, including with senior leadership at JP Morgan Chase and external government partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on public sector or government-related financial services
• Proven track record in developing and launching financial products for public sector clients, including compliance with federal regulations
• Strong understanding of data analytics tools and methodologies to drive product insights in a banking environment
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile product development within a large financial institution
• Knowledge of U.S. public sector financial needs, such as treasury management and payment systems for government entities
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for working with public sector clients

• Experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase, with exposure to commercial banking products
