Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced data analytics to inform product strategy, performance metrics, and enhancements for JP Morgan Chase's offerings
  • Design and oversee user experience improvements for digital banking platforms tailored to public sector compliance requirements
  • Partner with engineering, design, and compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards like those from the U.S. Treasury and FDIC
  • Drive market analysis and competitive intelligence to position JP Morgan Chase as a leader in public sector financial services
  • Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the team
  • Monitor product performance post-launch, using KPIs to optimize adoption and satisfaction among public sector users

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
