Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized data definitions, metadata catalogs, and governance policies to ensure data quality and integrity across PXT initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and implement solutions for predictive analytics in people experience and technology domains
• Analyze large datasets to detect anomalies, improve data accuracy, and support decision-making in financial services operations
• Design and automate data validation processes using tools like SQL and Python to maintain compliance with industry regulations such as GDPR and SOX
• Build and optimize data pipelines for metadata management, integrating with JP Morgan Chase's enterprise data platforms
• Conduct data lineage tracking and impact analysis to support governance audits and business continuity
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data science models that enhance employee experience and technology efficiency
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics, providing insights to senior leadership on governance improvements
• Contribute to the development of predictive models for HR analytics, talent management, and operational forecasting within the firm

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• 2-4 years of experience in data science, data engineering, or analytics roles within financial services or a similar industry
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data manipulation libraries such as Pandas
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and ensuring data integrity in large-scale environments
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to support business objectives

• Master's degree in Data Science, Information Management, or equivalent
