Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Python developers in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions for operational efficiency in JPMorgan Chase's financial services
• Develop predictive models using Python and ML tools to analyze financial data, forecast trends, and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in operations to integrate AI-driven automation into banking processes
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and security protocols
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for handling large-scale financial datasets
• Innovate solutions for predictive science applications, such as fraud detection and portfolio optimization
• Monitor and optimize ML models for performance in production environments
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and recommend implementations relevant to JPMorgan's goals
• Ensure all developments comply with regulatory requirements in the financial industry
• Document technical solutions and present findings to stakeholders in operations and senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development, with at least 2 years in AI/ML applications
• Proven leadership experience in guiding development teams, preferably in financial services or operations
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and predictive modeling techniques
• Experience with data processing, analysis, and deployment in cloud environments like AWS or Azure
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated financial environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, particularly in operations or risk management at a global bank
• Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's internal tools and compliance standards
• Advanced certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer)
• Prior work with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark in a banking context
• Publication or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
