Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee test automation efforts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, and Appium for JP Morgan's tech stack
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal security standards in all testing processes

  • Conduct performance, security, and regression testing for multi-technical area solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing in a financial services environment
  • Proven leadership experience in guiding QA teams within agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, risk management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SEC, FINRA)
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools in a high-stakes banking context
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex, multi-platform technical solutions

  • Master's degree in a relevant technical field
  • Experience in QA for trading platforms or core banking systems at a major financial institution
  • Certification in ISTQB or similar QA methodologies
