Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated testing strategies to ensure the reliability of critical financial applications
• Lead a team of quality automation engineers in developing scalable test frameworks using tools like Selenium and Appium
• Collaborate with software development teams to integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines for JP Morgan's trading and banking platforms
• Identify and mitigate risks in software quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX and GDPR
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices for test automation in a fast-paced financial environment
• Analyze test results and drive continuous improvement in code quality across multiple technical domains
• Work with stakeholders to define quality metrics and KPIs for tech solutions impacting client services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on quality automation
• Proven track record in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks in a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure in a regulated industry
