  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports on quality metrics for senior management
  • Support audit and regulatory examinations by providing accurate documentation and insights
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational controls and risk management
  • Train and mentor junior team members on quality control best practices
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of quality assurance frameworks
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's global standards for client data protection and operational integrity
  • Participate in initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce operational errors in asset and wealth management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality control, operations, or compliance within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of asset and wealth management operations and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in JP Morgan Chase or similar global banking environment
  • Knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations and MAS guidelines
