Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, quantitative analytics, or a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
  • Strong understanding of credit card products, marketing analytics, and customer activation strategies
  • Experience with large-scale datasets and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or MBA
