Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic growth and management of real property assets within JP Morgan Chase's Trusts & Estates practice, optimizing portfolio performance for high-net-worth clients
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence, valuation, and acquisition analysis for real estate investments aligned with client trust objectives
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of owned and leased properties, including leasing negotiations, tenant management, and maintenance to maximize returns
  • Collaborate with wealth management advisors to integrate real estate strategies into holistic client financial plans
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting real estate assets, providing advisory insights to senior leadership
  • Manage disposition strategies for underperforming assets, including sales, refinancing, and redevelopment to enhance portfolio value
  • Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, tax implications, and legal requirements specific to trusts and estates in real property management
  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks for real estate holdings, mitigating exposures in volatile markets
  • Mentor junior team members and foster relationships with external partners such as property managers, appraisers, and legal counsel

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or JD preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in real estate asset management, with a focus on trusts and estates or high-net-worth client portfolios
  • Proven track record in strategic real property investment, management, and disposition within the financial services sector
  • Deep knowledge of real estate finance, including valuation, leasing, and regulatory compliance in trusts and estates
  • Experience managing multimillion-dollar real estate portfolios for institutional or private clients
  • Strong understanding of U.S. real estate markets, particularly in Texas and the Southwest region
  • Active involvement in professional organizations such as NAIOP or CCIM, with relevant certifications (e.g., CCIM, CRE)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Real Estate Finance or Law, with emphasis on trusts and estates
